Challenge
Despite being the #1 Doctor Recommended brand for constipation, the original MiraLAX website served little purpose beyond providing downloadable coupons, and failed to support those suffering from the emotional and physical effects of constipation.
Solution
Through a combination of personalized and informative content and a soothing visual language, the new website experience helps to provide relief to those suffering from constipation. The homepage empowers the consumer to take back control by simply asking “How can MiraLAX help you today?”. Through this conversation with the brand, users are launched into a curated homepage experience that serves up relevant information about MiraLAX and constipation in general. The spirit of this candid, conversational tone is mirrored in the design language, which features a combination of soft colors, curved, free-flowing lines, and charming illustrations—instantly evoking the gentle relief that MiraLAX provides.
